The Cut Cookbook and Brand

FOUNDER

I launched The Cut Cookbook in November of 2021. I came up with the idea for The Cut Brand during the COVID lockdown, and I have been working on it ever since. I wrote and photographed the entire book myself. I did graphic design, logos, branding, photo editing, website design, social media management, order fulfillment, and financing. I self-published the book, and I worked directly with a manufacturer to turn my dream into a reality. The Cut Brand is still active and has been a great learning platform for me to understand how food brands work and the nuance behind creating a brand image.
